I always look for new and different cookbooks and this one I like. Each chapter is a different state in the south with recipes from different restaurants. Tons of recipes from chefs are featured and I would love to try some of them. It also includes the story about each place featured. I found this to be a neat cookbook and would love to try and go to some of the places mentioned in the different cities. I enjoyed looking at my home state of North Carolina and it includes some that I have seen! If you are looking for a good book to guide you to some wonderful restaurants while in the south then this is the book for you!! I can't wait to start trying out the recipes! Some good southern ones!!
