DVD Review:Journey to Christmas
I recently had the chance to review this DVD Journey to Christmas. It is a 2 disc special with different shows on it fitted into a reality show format. I found it too be very interesting and enjoyed watching it. It takes you with 5 different people on different walks in their faith to Israel and the journey Mary and Joseph would have took during the time of Jesus birth and the places along the way. It shows the group dressing as bible day people and performing the task they would have back in those days. I think it also adds a little documentary to it as well. There are interviews with people who have researched and know a lot about the birth and the bible. I really thought this was a neat idea format for a DVD. It was very interesting and I really enjoyed learning some stuff I didn't never even think of.
I received this DVD free from Tyndale for my honest review.

Nanny
Well I have not been blogging. I have been down in NC for 2 weeks. My grandma was real sick in the hospital. She got really bad and she was just too weak to pull through and Friday afternoon she passed away to her home in heaven with Jesus. We all were around her when the breathing tubes came out and she passed away surrounded by all her family as she stepped into heaven. We will miss her very much. Me and Mom is going to stay in NC with my grandpa til Christmas to help him. We will lay my nanny down to rest tomorrow. Love you all and bless you!!

Book Review: An Amish Wedding
I recently had the chance to review this wonderful Amish fiction book. It is written by three different writers with three different stories, but are based on characters that come together . Each novel features a story on love. We follow Priscilla King,Rose and Naomi. Each one with a different twist and turn to their love lives. One on the quest of finding out who her childhood friend and the man she is engaged too. She wants to find out who he truly is and what his secret is. The other of wanting to find love and the other where many thins keep happening before her big day. It was a very wonderful read and I love how even though it was written by three different people,it all ties together in the end. Very great read!!

Book Review:Fierce Beauty by Kim Meeder
What matters to you most? I recently had the chance to review this book. It was the first one I have read of by this author. She has her own life stories through the whole book. Telling Women in the end our true beauty comes from our inner self. In the end what are you gonna stand for? Our inner beauty is not about how you look, it is about how you live. Too many women now days are living to please the world and earthly things that in the end is not going to matter. She takes you through many stories in her life such as losing her parents to just simple points from different times in her life. The question is mainly asked can we lay aside our own selfish desires and pursuit of earthly pleasures and find the true beauty with in us to live faithfully for the Lord inside and out. Are you willing to stand and put all trust in the Lord? This was a good book and I enjoyed her story.
