What a great Email

I got this Fwd Email and it what so good I just had to share:)

Awesome!!  We complain about the cross we bear but don't  realize it is preparing us for the dip in  the road that God can see and we  can't.

Whatever your cross, whatever your  pain,
there will always be sunshine, after  the rain....

Book Review:Family Life Marriage Bible

I had requested to review this to give to my mom because I am not married. I was sad when I got an email and said it wasn't coming and they had problems with shipping it. So I was very surprised to find it come in the mail one day. It's a nice little devotion bible for married couples. It gives little tips and ideas on things to do. It has different devotions and insights to a Godly Marriage. I thought it was very good for people married or raising their children. It includes the following in it

Book Review:Take Action Bible

I recently had the chance to review this. It wasn't what I thought it would be. I thought it would have more stories on different people then it did. It's a bible with stories about people who have took action and followed God in what he wanted them to do. It divides them into sections. The stories are really short and not much about the people. The parts of the take action part is colored pages. The rest of the book is the Bible. The bible part is great:) It always is,but I thought this was going to be a different kind of bible that I could really learn from,but besides the few stories in it and 2 or 3 pages of ideas you can do too take action(which had some great ideas to help you) and colored maps. I don't think I would have purchased myself. It's a nice book,but just not what I thought it was going to be. I thought there would be more too it.

My Little Yard Sale Find

Hey all,

I hope everyone had a great weekend:) Me and mom went to Yard Sales Saturday Morning. I have my own ornament collection that I have packed in a box in my room and just love different and cute little ornaments. Well I happen to see one of the ones in the middle row below in the picture and I ask the lady how much she wanted and she said .25 cents. I was like yay!! I started going through the box and found more and she let me have all these for $2.00!! I love them!! My favorite ones are in the middle row. They are not paper there breakable. I was shocked she wanted so little for them:) I am in love with my new ornaments for my collection!!!

This Too Shall Pass

New flowers blooming,time outside to enjoy the sun shinning down all made beautiful by the works of our Heavenly Father above. I love wild flowers that just bloom in your yard or along the road,they are the ones God planted and designed and put there. Look around spring is beautiful and the world is beautiful. Take time to enjoy the Spring. Just remember that through those long dark days

Book Review:The Lightkeepers Ball by Colleen Coble

I recently had the chance to review this book!! Not a bad read. Olivia is from money but since her Father's death her and her mother are pretty much out of money and are just living like they have money. If the daughter marries in the will it states they will get some inheritance,after finding out her daughter that went off to marry a man has died. Her mother wants Olivia to go out and marry a man she does not know so they can be set with money. Olivia finds a letter written from her sister asking for help a week before she died,so Olivia goes out there under another name to try and figure out if her sister was killed. I love books from the olden days era:) I won't say anymore about the book,don't want to ruin it for you. Good read

When I sleep,I Crash!!

Some bad storms blew through and around our area last night during the middle of the night. Caused a bunch of power outs and closings due too that. It was very high winds...me though..sleep right through it and didn't hear a thing. I run on no sleep and when I crash.. I crash. It blew down some of backyard fence. I just keep sleeping though and funny thing is I was dreaming of bad storms and it was storming outside..lol.

I Seen Paula Deen Today!!

So my City is known as the Furniture Capital of the world and a couple times a year we have Furniture Market where buyers from all over come to buy. Well today Paula Deen made an appearance for her fans at one of the furniture places:) So I got to see Paula Deen. She talked to the audience,did some giveaways and answered a few questions. She is so sweet talking and down to earth,do you know she even still shops at Goodwill. Loved that about her and plus she told of her depression that kept her in house for years and that the Serenity Prayer always helped her:)

It Started at 11am this was around 8am..people showed up as early as 4:30am

We were one of the first 100 to get in so we got an autograph Cooking Magazine

 This was a surprise, I heard people talking and I got the back of her..Jane Seymour of TV Show Dr. Quinn has a line of furniture and she came through:)
