Silent Night...

One of my favorite Christmas songs. So peaceful to listen too or read the words!! Such a touching and moving song. Can you just imagine what that time would have been like? A new babe in a manager. I believe it was a silent and holy night. I believe everything was peaceful and calm!!

We often grow weary in life. Storms knock us down sometimes,but it's good to know that one day it will all be over. When we are finally at home in Heaven! I love this song. It keeps me remembering to just keep going farther.

Through it all

Sometimes I get sad. I see all the people I grew up with or went to school with all getting married,already married or have children or having children. All those life moments I want to experience. I look at pictures and wish it were me that it was happening too. I am 27 and never really dated anybody. I wonder sometimes if my time will ever come. I try not to question God why though because it's not my plan it is his. My life belongs to God so I try to never question why I do not get to experience these life experiences but it does slip through my mind why once in awhile. I just want people to know that even though I am a Christian I sometimes question why things do or do not happen. All I know is God is in control and whatever he lays before me I truly know that through all the questions I might have,he truly has the best plan laid out before me and I just have to keep trusting in him through it all

I need the every hour

I don't see how people make it without the Lord. I sure do need him everyday in my life and every hour. He offers me peace when nothing else will. Just take your problems to him and his tender voice will carry you through. He is what gets me through the hours even when I don't see it,he does,he really does.

Even in the Valley

The Journey in life is sometimes hard,we have to take roads that bare a heavy load sometimes. There is so much going on in life right now with just a lot of different things. It's hard not to worry and sometimes it is hard to trust God and wait for his timing and not your own. We must though always take the path the Lord leads us down. At the end of every road is going to be that mountain top when you come out of the valley,you just have to wait patient for his time not your own. Oh and being on that mountain top after coming out of the deepest valley feels ever so good. So just let me encourage you today whatever you are facing. Money Troubles,Marriage problems,Mental illness,Sickness,Death,Loss,anything your going through just keep trusting in him and he will see you through out of that valley and yes you can truly say Even in Valley God is good!!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey Everyone!
So is everyone ready for Thanksgiving? I guess we are. My mom is sick with that flu mess and so me and my sister have took on Thanksgiving this year just for our family. We canceled everything else cause of mom and not wanting anyone to get sick or anything with this terrible mess. So me and my sister will be preparing the meal. Wish us luck:) Haha!! As I look around the table this year the Lord has blessed us so much! He's brought us though a lot of trying times so I just want to thank the Lord for always being there! I am truly blessed to know the Lord and his love for his children. May all your families have a blessed and beautiful Thanksgiving:) God bless!!
